Kara Niver, PT, DPT

Kara grew up just West of the Metro, in Waconia. She attended undergraduate at Concordia University in St. Paul where she played on the volleyball team and studied biology. Kara then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Minnesota.

She love getting to know and spending time with her patients – find out who they are, what they like to do, and then be part of their journey to get back to those things.

Kara spends most of her time outside of work with her friends and family. And while she loves to travel, her favorite place in the entire world is her family’s cabin, so she spend as much time up there on the boat as possible.

Hannah Stefani, PT, DPT

Hannah grew up in Fargo, ND and attended the University of North Dakota to complete her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.  Hannah enjoys spending time getting to know her patients to help them get back to doing what they love.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, reading, and walking her dog Winnie.
